Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.

Shipping to the United States and worldwide

We currently offer free shipping across the US and most international destinations. Estimated delivery time is typically 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Shipping within Mexico

Domestic orders within Mexico are shipped via standard or express courier, with delivery estimates provided at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Customs and import duties

For international orders outside your local customs union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs office, which are the responsibility of the customer.
